Return and Refund Policy

If, unfortunately, some of the products in your order do not meet your expectations, only those products that are damaged or missing at the time of receipt of the parcel will be replaced within 30 days of receipt of the parcel.

We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged in-store.

The customer must send photos of the damaged products and the shipping box by email to info@quickchicwear.com, quoting the order number.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Goods must be returned to us in new condition and in their original, unopened and unused packaging and plastic, failing which no refund will be made.

We will not accept returns on parcels for which there is no identification of the sender (surname, first name, address, order number).

Returned parcels take between 10 and 20 working days to be delivered to us. We advise you to keep your tracking numbers.
Once your parcel has been received, give our logistics team a few days to process it. You will receive an email to let you know when your refund has been approved and processed.
