I am 5'7” 160. I bought a large and it fits perfect. I received a lot of compliments. I love that there are shorts underneath and pockets. The only downside is I need help to zip and unzip to go to the bathroom. I am a smaller large sometimes a medium but I definitely would not have been able to get in a medium. The shorts material has NO give so if you carry more weight in your butt go up a size.
